I am a very ordinary person, like many friends, after graduation, I found a job. I am not willing to work after work. I dare to try it, try to face failure and setbacks, learn to analyze and summarize, and dare to undertake two business ventures after summarizing, and regard the first failure experience as the basis of two success. Is this idea better?

As far as my personal experience is concerned, I think there are many things that I can share with you. Maybe you can see your shadow from me. Maybe you do not have such an unexpected encounter with me. Maybe you are even more diligently and intelligent than me. Maybe you all know more about it. But maybe all of you, I hope all of you, especially those who just want to start a business, can take a few detours and learn to analyze and summarize after seeing my experience.

03 years ago, after graduating from school, I went to work in a company with relatives. I stayed there for three years. During the three years, I worked as a single player, store sales and finance. Three totally different work experiences were too important and precious for me. Every time I changed jobs, I was faced with a new start learning.

Because my reading profession is computer application, which is not related to sales and finance. At that time, the boss attached great importance to me and willing to give me time. I should take this opportunity to recharge myself and enrich my experience in other fields. After all, I was happy with my salary.

After three years of work, I told myself that I am not reconciled to the idea that finance is not my pursuit. I am also like many Chaoshan people, who want to do business in their bones. Three years of working life, that is, in order to start a business, they are not willing to work for a lifetime. By the end of 06, I have communicated with my relatives about this idea. They are also very supportive. Let me go out and make a rush, how big the outside world is, how much we can have depends on ourselves.

In the early years of 07, when I was in Guangzhou last year, I started my first business career. At the very beginning, I was full of confidence in myself. After all, I had a lot of rich people in my company before. I remember that when I took the stalls, I got 2 in one breath, and borrowed tens of thousands of money with my family when I didn't have enough money, because I didn't think of any consequences at all.

店铺开张前我跟女朋友(也就是现在的妻子)就经常出去逛广州的服装批发市场,从高档逛到低档,一开始,我们也想着,卖质量好点的,人家买东西肯定是质量好些的才会有回头客吧,非常简单的想法,于是第一批货就是广州的火车站白马进的货,均价在100元左右,虽然没进多少,也足够花掉三分之一的预算了;但是,店铺开张后,生意一直不好,当时我也不明白其中的道理,别家的都是很多人,商场人流很旺,我们就没什么生意,勉强只能做到保本,但我们可不是为了保本来开店的呀,在与对面商家朋友聊天的时候,这位大姐的话给了我当头一棒,这边的群体是以工厂的为主,每月一号工厂放假,都是人满为患的场面,但是你卖这么贵的衣服,人家在工厂打工的人怎么舍得买呢? 我当时就懂得了市场第一点要素,开门店,没有分析消费群体就卖这么贵 的衣服,这根本是瞎搞,结果不用说也知道,能保本我应该是偷着乐了,唯一采取的办法当时是低价卖掉高价货,给店铺重新上一批更符合这个群体价位的服装,但在换款的过程中,还犯过第二个错误,就是款式人家不喜欢,后面也是经过别人的指导,我才慢慢找到了自己的状态,从中学到了零售店中的很多技巧,包括砍价,陈列,货品的组合和销售;开门店确实很锻炼人,但也非常辛苦,基本是上午9点开到晚上10点,有客人还会更晚些,但对于我们一脑子想赚钱的人来说,辛苦二字显得太不重要了;到08年的时候结了婚,也生了小孩,没办法,老婆要照顾小孩只能转掉了一间档口,赚了些钱也只能作生活费备用了,此时商场的人气和生意也急剧下降,收入减少的情况下,我当时就想到了淘宝 ,其实接触淘宝是06年的事,但那时只是买东西,而且是很坑人的购买体验,到了08年这个时候我才想起把衣服放上网去卖,当时刚好我一个朋友在十三行开店做自己牌子的,有自己的模特图片,我就开始去跟他接洽,拿了图片就放到网上去开始卖了,在这个时候,我专业的知识就派 上用场了,学计算机的P图和电脑操作还是没问题的,而且这个时候的淘宝不是要求要有多精美的图片,上传后就等着卖了,因为没有推广的原因,生意也只能说是一般,一个月我还记得大概就是赚点生活费就差不多,却是非常辛苦的经验,因为当时住6楼,每次去十三行拿 货坐三轮车回来,一大包货都是从一楼扛到六楼,晚上打包好,又从六楼扛到一楼给快递,这样的生活持续了一年时间;服装零售店我开到了09年底,当时三年合约到期了,没办法,高额的进场费和租金,意味着我们如 After three years of hard work, the money earned was not enough for the entry fee.
