Dalian Garment Enterprises Increase Tax Rebates By Nearly 100 Million Yuan
The reporter learned from the IRS of Dalian, Liaoning, that since August 1st, the export tax rebate rate of some textiles and clothing has increased from 11% to 13%, and the export tax rebate rate increased from 0.12 yuan to 0.14 yuan for each export of 1 US dollars. Dalian's more than 1000 garment enterprises expect to have more than 100 million tax rebates this year.
"The export tax rebate rate has been raised, which is a good thing," said the person in charge of the Finance Department of Liaoning Cheng Da Limited by Share Ltd. From the perspective of contract signing, the company can increase profits by around 5 million yuan. However, this part of the profit is likely to be offset by factors such as the appreciation of the renminbi and the increase in labor costs.

He said: "the export tax rebate rate has increased, so enterprises can also increase profits by tens of thousands of yuan, and can not solve the fundamental problems faced by enterprises.
