Russian Academy Of Fiber Science Develops Anti-Counterfeiting Fibers

The Russian Academy of synthetic fibres has been working with the "state symbol" of state-owned enterprises for many years.

The polyamide fiber and polyester fiber used for anti fake identification are formed by spectral reflection.

Anti-counterfeiting

It is mainly used for anti-counterfeiting paper such as valuable tickets.


The anti-counterfeiting fiber consists of more than 20 kinds of polyamide staple fibers, 5 polyester staple fibers and 6 sewing threads.

These fibers and wires are made into different kinds of anti-counterfeiting marks, which are divided into two categories: naked eye recognition and instrument identification.

Anti counterfeit labels can be classified into

It does not stain, monochrome, multicolor, and can reflect visible light, reflect ultraviolet light and reflect infrared light. It also does not reflect ultraviolet light or reflect infrared light. It can also make profiled convex concave marking, single component or two component marking, special angle marking, etc., and a fiber can also possess several kinds of anti-counterfeiting characteristics.


The hospital has also developed a kind of "exclusion fiber" used for anti-counterfeiting, consisting of two components of polyamide fiber and polyester fiber, together with ribbon polychromatic polyester fiber, which is still original in the world.

It is reported that these anti counterfeiting fibers are all patented, and the Russian synthetic fiber research institute is vigorously developing various kinds of invisible fiber labels. The production scale is expected to be 100 tons per year.
